Conditions of participation "15,000 Euro bathroom for FranchisePartner recommendation".

1. general information

1.1 The offer Bathroom for FranchisePartners (hereinafter "Offer") is carried out by bazuba Deutschland GmbH, Kämperstraße 59, 59457 Werl (hereinafter "bazuba"). The complete imprint is available at this Link

1.2 All persons who are resident in Germany and at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Participation in the offer is subject to acceptance of these conditions of participation. Employees of bazuba and their relatives are excluded from participation. Anyone who provides untrue information about their person will also be excluded.

1.3 Participation in the offer is only possible once. Multiple entries by the same person will be counted as only one participation. Participation by third parties who do not meet the participation requirements is expressly not permitted.

1.4 Participation is possible from 15.10.2021 at 00:00 until 30.11.2021 24:00. Participation is free of charge.

2. procedure of the offer

2.1 Participation in the offer requires:

• Registration on the website at this Link
• The agreement to these conditions of participation
• The express consent of the disclosure of the data of the person to be recommended. (hereinafter referred to as "potential franchise partner").
• The potential franchise partner must have signed a franchise agreement with bazuba Deutschland GmbH, as well as have transferred all related invoice, in order for the participating person to take advantage of the offer.
• The initial contact of bazuba with the potential franchise partner must be made via the registration of the website (Link) shall be made. Potential franchise partners registered subsequently are excluded from the offer.

3. offer redemption

3.1 The offer consists of the following components:

• Professional bathroom planning by a bathroom planner from bazuba Deutschland GmbH worth € 800,- incl. VAT (gross) The scope of this bathroom planning includes a complete bathroom and lighting plan including all changes as well as a list of articles for further processing by the executing bazuba company.
• Execution of the bathroom renovation by a regional franchise partner selected by bazuba. The costs for the franchise partner are covered up to € 9,000 incl. VAT (gross); costs for additional services of the renovation or costs exceeding the above-mentioned € 9,000 are to be borne by the participant.
• Bathroom furniture from the bazuba system supplier Badea Badmöbel (Bauformat Küchen GmbH & Co. KG) worth € 5,000 incl. VAT (gross) Bathroom furniture includes items from the product groups, washstands, bathroom furniture, mirrors and mirror cabinets ("bathroom products")

3.2 The offer exclusively includes the bath products, services and costs expressly mentioned in item 3.1 of the Conditions of Participation. Additional costs are to be borne by the participant. There is no right to change the modalities. The bath products included in the offer will be delivered without invoice and no invoice will be prepared for the winner upon request.

3.3 Upon acceptance of the offer, the participant undertakes to carry out a corresponding bathroom renovation with bathroom products or the included services in the calendar year 2022. After consultation, bazuba shall arrange a bazuba franchise partner for the participant, who will take over the bathroom renovation within the defined cost framework.

3.4 The offer is not transferable to third parties and can only be redeemed in Germany.

3.5 The offer cannot be redeemed in cash.

4. media support of the offer / transfer of rights of use

4.1 The participant agrees to be available for a report on the offer and the bathroom renovation. In the report, pictures before, during and after the bathroom renovation as well as the name and a picture of the participant will be published.

4.2 The participant shall irrevocably transfer to bazuba all rights of use to images created by him or made available to bazuba for the purpose of the report, unlimited in terms of space, content, free of charge and exclusively until 5 years after completion of the bathroom renovation. bazuba reserves the right to use, publish and reproduce the report, including the images, in particular for advertising purposes (e.g. for websites and social media channels, magazines, brochures, in newsletters and on bazuba's own intranet). The participant consents to the use and publication of the image recordings for this purpose.

5. legal claims

5.1 bazuba reserves the right to cancel or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, the participants shall not be entitled to any claims against bazuba.

5.2 bazuba reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in the offer, for example in the event of violations of the conditions of participation.

5.3 bazuba reserves the right to change the conditions of participation or to extend or limit the time frame or to vary the content of the offer, provided that there are objective reasons for this and the change is reasonable. The participants in the offer shall be informed of any changes by e-mail.

5.4 Legal recourse is excluded.

6. data protection

6.1 In order to process the offer, personal data of the participants, as well as of the potential franchise partners, will be collected and processed by bazuba (first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number; in the event of acceptance of the offer, additionally a photograph). The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1b) DSGVO as well as Art. 6 para. 1c) DSGVO (legal obligation to comply with statutory retention obligations).

6.2 Personal data of the participants will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the processing of the offer.

7. severability clause

Should one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become legally invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
